Before the first investment we verify each investor's identity using an official ID document. This check fulfils due-diligence obligations and protects the platform from misuse.

Your stake consists of real restricted registered shares in an operating real-estate stock corporation — not tokens or cryptocurrencies. Holdings are kept in an electronic share register under Art. 686 CO.

“Restricted” means transfers require board approval. This keeps the shareholder base clearly managed and traceable.

Payments are processed via the established payment provider Stripe; card details are not stored on our servers. When you invest, the amount is first pre-authorized and only captured once the property is successfully funded.

Passwords are stored only in encrypted form, sessions expire automatically, and repeated sign-in attempts are rate-limited. We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
