Immo Blocks is aimed at retail investors connected to Switzerland. By using the platform you agree to these terms as well as the Privacy Policy.
Account and verification
An account requires a valid email address, accurate personal details and a completed identity verification (KYC) before you can invest. Your name and address must be correct, as they are verified.
Investing
Participation is by acquiring real restricted registered shares of the respective property company. The minimum investment is CHF 1,000. Only whole shares are issued; any remainder not covered by whole shares is not charged.
When you subscribe, the amount is first pre-authorized and only captured once the property is successfully funded. Transfers of shares require board approval.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we ask you to accept the current version again at your next sign-in.
