Who we are
Immo Blocks is a Swiss platform based in Ruswil (Lucerne). We serve retail investors in Switzerland who want to participate in carefully selected properties from as little as CHF 1,000.
Instead of complex constructs we deliberately rely on a classic, well-established legal structure: acquiring real registered shares in an operating real-estate stock corporation.
Our approach
Every stake corresponds to real restricted registered shares recorded in an electronic share register under Art. 686 CO. There are no tokens and no cryptocurrencies — only shares as provided for by Swiss law.
We handle selection, preparation and settlement, while the legal and accounting substance remains verifiable at all times.
